Shipping costs are refundable at standard rate only, if you provide us with your shipment receipt/cost. If you receive a refund or exchange the cost of return shipping to us in Auckland, New Zealand (the above postal address) will be added to your refund/card.

All shipments from us to our customers in AMERICA OR ANYWHERE are usually FREE, and we will pay for your standard shipping charges if you need to return faulty or wrong product back to us (if a receipt is provided) within 30 days after receiving your goods.
