All our (R18) products are for adults use only and packed in totally discreet packaging without our shop's name written on the label. And we do not follow-up, up-sell or contact our customers.
REGARDLESS OF THE ORDER SIZE OR ADDRESS/COUNTRY, WE DO FREE WORLDWIDE STANDARD TRACEABLE SHIPPING / DELIVERY ANYWHERE IN 15-35 DAYS.
Currently many Chinese manufacturers refuse to ship any products directly to USA, so we have to get them into our warehouse in New Zealand first then forward to US based customers. Therefore our delivery time ranges this wide (15-35 days).

If you need to return your purchase for a refund due to a faulty or wrong product supplied, please send us an email first to info@sexxtoys.co.nz
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging unless it's a factory fault and the product was not used (just opened).
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase and a receipt for standard shipping return charge to the following postal

Shipping costs are refundable at standard rate only, if you provide us with your shipment receipt/cost. If you receive a refund or exchange the cost of return shipping to us in Auckland, New Zealand (the above postal address) will be added to your refund/card.
All shipments from us to our customers worldwide are usually FREE, and we will pay for your standard shipping charges if you need to return faulty or wrong product back to us (if a receipt is provided) within 30 days after receiving your goods.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary. Usually it takes between 15 and 35 days considering COVID-19 impact on delivery services. And you can trace/track your order on either of the following websites: 17track.net or track24.net
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
